👋🏻 Hi, I’m Tom. I’m a product design leader based in Hobart, Tasmania, with over a decade of experience shipping high quality design to millions of users across e-commerce, logistics, retail media, and SaaS domains.
My work spans the full design process, from user research and strategy through to UI, design systems, and delivery. I care as much about understanding the problem as I do about the quality of the solution.
I work with companies to build and lead human-centred, ✨ AI-powered ✨ design teams, bringing the same craft and strategic thinking I’ve developed as a practitioner into the way teams are structured and run.
